Advertised Selection

At Primary Source Legal we are not tied to one approach, unlike some of our competitors. We believe every vacancy is different and deserves a bespoke approach that can use database search, advertised selection or search & selection (headhunting) or a combination of these approaches.

Advertised selection is a great method both of reaching candidates who are not actively looking and  reaching candidates outside the normal geographical parameters for the role.

By running an advertising campaign through us you will not only get a reduced rate, but you will also be given exclusivity to all candidates that come off the advert. In other words the only time the candidate will be told about any other roles at Primary Source Legal will be if you have rejected them. We can also meet those candidates responding from the advert and make recommendations as to their suitability.

We also undertake all the design work (including your branding) and liaison with the relevant publisher.
