At Primary Source Legal we are not tied to one approach, unlike some of our competitors. We believe every vacancy is different and deserves a bespoke approach that can use database search, advertised selection or search & selection (headhunting) or a combination of these approaches.

We have a substantial & expanding databases of candidates at all levels from partner to paralegal. Our candidates have chosen to register with Primary Source Legal  because of our reputation. This means when we contact a registered candidate about one of their roles, the candidate will already have an element of trust that the role we are offering them is suitable and that the criteria given will match their own.
