At Primary Source Legal we are not tied to one approach, unlike some of our competitors. We believe every vacancy is different and deserves a bespoke approach that can use database search, advertised selection or search & selection (head hunting) or a combination of these approaches.

Search & selection or head hunting is a very effective way of sourcing candidates. It enables us to make direct approaches to the most suitable candidates regardless of whether or not they are currently looking for a new role. Lawyers who are actively looking for a new role represent on average about 20% of the legal community. Head hunting allows us to target the remaining 80% as well.
