The firm's highly respected Commercial Litigation practice continues to go from strength to strength. The role involves managing a varied commercial litigation caseload, supervision of junior lawyers and strong business development skills in order to assist in growing the practice still further.
You should be a 2-5 PQE solicitor with specific
experience of commercial litigation, which should include big ticket/high value
litigation acting for large corporates to include contract disputes,
professional negligence claims and experience in alternative dispute
resolution/arbitration.
This opportunity would suit someone with experience gained in a large
regional/national practice. This position offers the opportunity to develop
business development skills, work in a collegiate environment and experience
quality work.
