THE ROLE

You should be a Wills Executive with relevant experience of taking instructions for and drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and preferably with Court of Protection experience.

ABOUT YOU

You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships. A good understanding of the Wills and related markets is necessary. Good organisational skills are required as you will need to manage your own workload under your own initiative.
