THE ROLE

You should be a robust and experienced corporate/commercial lawyer looking to takeover an existing caseload and develop a department. The existing work includes negotiating merger, acquisition and refinancing deals, helping unlisted private and public companies manage change & more general commercial work.

ABOUT YOU

You should have an established track record of dealing with quality corporate/commercial work and have the gravitas to head up and further develop a department.

The role may suit an existing partner looking to work in a more commercially orientated practice or an ambitious associate whose path to partnership may be blocked at their current practice.
