THE ROLE

You will be looking to join a busy Private Client Team and work alongside 3 Partners and 6 fee earners. Ideally you should have experience in tax compliance for individuals and a thorough knowledge of the administration and taxation of Trusts.

ABOUT YOU

You should have trained with a major accountancy firm, the HMRC and/or Institute of Legal Executives and be looking for a rewarding role in a progressive firm.

2. MORTGAGE REPOSSESSION LITIGATION

THE ROLE

You will be carrying out client instructions in relation to unsecured debt recovery, asset finance recovery and mortgage repossession, progressing cases to an expected time-scale and costs estimate.
